- 针对X100管线钢管的焊接性、现场焊接工艺等展开研究。对焊缝进行破坏性试验研究表明,采用RMD+FCAW焊接工艺获得的焊缝性能比SMAW高;SMAW工艺的焊接接头的弯曲试件出现熔合线横裂的缺陷,但满足SY/T4103-2006中关于焊接工艺评定标准;两种工艺获得的接头基本能满足与母材强度相匹配的要求;焊缝金属-30℃时的抗冲击韧性较高,能满足低温环境现场施工的需要。
The research on weldability and field welding process of pipe steel X100 is conducted.The results of weld destructive test show that the weld performance obtained from RMD + FCAW welding process is better than that from SMAW welding process;the bending test specimen with weld formed by SMAW appears transverse cracks at fusion line,but still meets the related qualification of SY/T 4103-2006 standard.The welds formed by these two welding processes satisfy basically the matching requirement with mother metal strength;impact toughness at-30 ℃ of the weld metal is rather high and able to meet field construction requirement in low temperature environment.2013,3(3): 63-65 收稿日期:2012-11-21DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.017作者简介:牟宗元(1964-),男,辽宁盖县人,高级工程师,1981年毕业于沈阳机电学院焊接专业,现主要从事石油工程建设工作。
