靖边气田增压开采工艺技术研究

- 靖边气田经过十多年的滚动开发,单井压力持续下降,为了继续维持靖边气田55亿m3/a的生产规模,对靖边气田整体增压工艺进行了研究。研究指出,靖边气田增压稳产期气井最低生产压力为1.4 MPa,压缩机组进气压力按1.0 MPa进行设计;靖边气田增压方式以区域增压为主,单站增压为辅。文章从已建地面集输压力系统、气井最低生产压力和气田增压方式的确定、总体集输工艺的调整等对其进行了论证。
The rolling development of Jingbian Gas Field has lasted for more than 10 years and the single well pressure has decreased continuously.In order to maintain the gas production capability of 5 500 Mm 3/a,the integral supercharging process research for Jingbian Gas Field is conducted.The results indicate that the minimum well production pressure during steady production period is 1.4 MPa and the input gas pressure of compressor is designed to be 1.0 MPa;the supercharging way is the area supercharging as mainly together with the single station supercharging as assistance.In this paper the built ground gas gathering pressure system,the determinations of gas well minimum production pressure and gas field supercharging way,as well as the integral gathering process adaptation are demonstrated.2013,3(3): 55-59 收稿日期:2012-12-13DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.015作者简介:徐广军(1978-),男,吉林永吉人,工程师,2002年毕业于西南石油学院油气储运专业,现主要从事气田地面集输净化技术管理工作。参考文献:
