聚合物驱采出液脱水工艺研究

- 聚合物驱采出液因含有一定浓度的聚合物,原油乳状液稳定性增强,这加大了脱水处理的难度。大庆油田已根据聚合物驱采出液的性质特点,研究形成了适合自身特点的游离水脱除和电脱水的两段脱水处理工艺。文章介绍了大庆油田含聚合物采出液的油水分离特性的试验结果,包括游离水沉降脱除试验和电脱水试验结果;对适合聚合物驱采出液脱水的工艺参数的确定、采出液脱水工艺流程及其实施效果也进行了介绍。
According to the features of deep embedding and low permeability oil reservoir,low productivity and large well groups as well as rolling and fast development in Changqing Oilfield,the oil-gas mixing transportation process is used to realize the optimization of transportation and gathering system and the full reutilization of associated gas.This paper describes following oil-gas mixing transportation processes: the reutilization process using constant pressure valve,the synchronous rotating transportation process and the supercharging point transportation process.Finally,it gives the development prospect of oil-gas mixing transportation technology.2013,3(3): 53-55 收稿日期:2012-2-26DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.014作者简介:陈克宁(1961-),女,辽宁沈阳人,工程师,1981年毕业于大庆职工大学油气集输专业,现从事油气集输处理工程的设计工作。参考文献:
