- 中贵联络线工程采用“项目业主+标段监理单位(若干个)+标段EP(总承包单位(若干个)+标段第三方无损检测单位(若干个))”的管理模式。文章在介绍了新型项目管理模式特点的基础上，重点介绍了中贵联络线工程中采用的质量监督方法，包括对监理单位、EPC总承包单位、检测单位等所采取的质量监督方法，并在最后对中贵联络线上的主要质量监督方法进行了总结。
Polymer flooding produced liquid contains a certain concentration of polymer,so the stability of crude oil emulsion increases,which increases the difficulty of crude oil dehydration.Daqing Oilfield researches two stage dehydration process adapting to its polymer flooding produced liquid,that is the free water elimination and the electric dehydration.This paper introduces the test results of oil/gas separation of the polymer flooding produced liquid,including the free water settlement and elimination test as well as the electric dehydration test.It also illustrates the parameters determination,process flow and implementation effects of the polymer flooding produced liquid.2013,3(3): 45-49 收稿日期：2013-12-1DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.012作者简介：陈均涛(1959-)，男，陕西乾县人，工程师，1981年毕业于承德石油学校工业企业电气化专业，2006年毕业于西北工业大学土木工程专业，长期从事油气田及长输管道建设工程质量监督工作。参考文献：
