- EPC总承包模式是一种风险与利润并存的总承包模式，在EPC项目管理中，导致工程变更的不确定性因素非常多。通过风险识别，确定了伊朗雅达项目的工程变更风险因素主要有七类，而后按综合风险、风险管理侧重点对工程风险进行评估，提出应对策略、措施，保证了项目目标的实现。
EPC mode is used in the construction management for the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project as a whole,but the bidding route section subcontract mode is adopted for the station and valve chamber construction management.Combined with the engineering practice,this paper briefly introduces the current status and existing problems in the station construction management mode,then analyzes and summarizes the establishment and implementation experience of the station construction management mode as well as the approaches to boosting the management level.It provides a reference for follow-up construction of oil and gas pipelines.2013,3(3): 41-45 收稿日期：2012-10-12DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.011作者简介：刘明煌(1979-)，男，河南郑州人，工程师2003年毕业于中国石油大学.主要从事工程造价工作。参考文献：
