- 海洋管道疲劳寿命的评估一般采用小尺寸试件,若采用全尺寸疲劳试验可更真实反映管道中裂纹扩展的实际情况,包括尺寸效应、残余应力等的影响。文章介绍了国内首台自行研制的管道全尺寸疲劳试验机,包括系统构成、主要功能、机械及液压系统设计和控制系统研制等,重点叙述了主机框架设计及强度计算,试验机主要技术参数,系统工作原理以及特点。
Applying bucket foundation in subsea manifold structure has the advantages such as easy installation and maintenance,easy leveling during installation,strong capabilities of anti-scouring,aseismic function,anti-collision and against towing by fishing net.Based on the marine installation practice of the first domestic subsea manifold structure with bucket foundation,this paper illustrates the structural form and fundamental working principle of the bucket foundation as well as the structural form of the subsea manifold,and summarizes the superiority of using bucket foundation in manifold structure,which will be as a guidance for installations of sequent subsea manifold structures.2013,3(3): 20-26 收稿日期:2013-2-18DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.006作者简介:唐德渝(1961-),男,重庆人,高级工程师1982年毕业于重庆大学,1992年毕业于天津大学,硕士长期从事石油工程焊接技术的研究开发工作。参考文献:
