全容式LNG储罐基底隔震计算模型及动力时程分析

- 以现有的钢质储液罐的隔震计算模型为基础,建立了全容式LNG储罐的考虑基础整体转动刚度影响的基底隔震集中质量法计算模型,并以唐山LNG接收站项目的 16万m3LNG储罐为对象进行了动力时程分析。计算结果表明,若不考虑基础整体转动刚度的影响会引起支座剪力和位移计算值过小,这对工程设计是不利的;在隔震情况下,单桩所受的地震水平力和竖向压力均小于试桩报告的试验值,满足了桩的承载力要求。
Underground water-sealed oil storage depot is generally composed of several caverns.In its planning and design,the space between two caverns must be considered.Based on the relevant documents,this paper puts forward the basis for determining space between adjacent caverns,and applies the FEA software PLAXIS to analyze stress distribution in rocks surrounding caverns at different spaces between caverns to validate the rationality of the basis.The results indicate that the net space between two adjacent caverns should meet the following requirements: it is equals to 1~ 2 times of cavern width,or the sum of two cavern widths,or the height of higher cavern.2013,3(3): 7-13 收稿日期:2012-8-3DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.003作者简介:李全光(1975-),男,湖北大冶人,高级工程师,2001年毕业于武汉大学工程力学专业,硕士,现主要从事LNG储罐的设计计算工作。参考文献:
