- 由于各种因素的干扰,长输管道在使用期限内不可避免地会发生泄漏或有泄漏倾向,为降低泄漏对生产、环境带来的负面影响,加强管道检测是一种必要的手段。文章从内检测和外检测两个方面介绍了国内外长输管道检测技术的原理和基本现状。内检测技术主要包括:漏磁检测、超声波检测和多种检测技术的结合应用;外检测技术主要包括:射线检测、声频检测、液体浓度检测和光纤检测。
Leakage occurrence or tendency of long-distance pipelines during their service lives is inevitable due to the actions of various interferences.In order to reduce the negative influence of leakages on production and environment,enhancing pipeline inspection is a necessary means.In this paper,the principle and current status of long-distance pipeline inspection technology at home and abroad is presented.The main internal inspection technology for long-distance pipelines includes magnetic flux leakage technique,ultrasonic technique and combined technique,and the main external inspection technology includes radiographic technique,audio technique,liquid concentration technique and optical fiber technique.2013,3(3): 4-7 收稿日期:2012-1-16DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.002作者简介:刘欣(1981-),女,天津人,工程师,2003年毕业于天津外国语学院英语国际全融专业,现从事科研信息情报工作。参考文献:
