- 随着石化工程项目的大型化发展，管道材料的种类和数量越来越多，质量控制难度加大。管道色标作为一种可以区分材质、压力等级的简单、有效方法，成为了大型石化工程项目质量控制、材料追溯的有效手段。文章介绍了管道色标涂刷的一般方法、管理要求以及注意事项，为今后项目管理中色标的应用提供借鉴。
With the development of large-scale petrochemical projects, the material types and quantity of the pipes applied in the projects become more and more. Difficulties of quality control increase. As a simple and effective method, piping color code can distinguish materials and nominal pressures of pipes. It becomes an effective means for quality control and material tracing in large petrochemical engineering projects.
