重叠式高压换热器复合金属材料的焊接方法

- 辽阳石化公司200万t/a汽油加氢装置的核心设备高压换热器共有4台,每2台上下排列,通过现场焊接形成一组重叠式高压换热器。其材质为复合金属材料(12Cr2Mo1+TP309L+TP347),且复层材料在管道内侧,增加了复层的焊接难度及检验难度;且一组重叠式换热器之间需焊接两道焊口,设备水平度很难保证。为了解决这些难题,采取于设备出厂前在复合金属材料坡口处堆焊一层镍合金材料,在现场再进行镍合金材料焊接,大大降低了现场焊接的难度,保证了焊接质量,满足了工艺要求。
There are four high pressure heat exchangers in 2 Mt/a hydrogasoline unit at Liaoyang Petrochemical Co., and every two heat exchangers of them are stacked up and welded in-situ. The heat exchangers are made of a kind of clad metal, i.e. 12Cr2Mo1 + TP309L + TP347. Because the clad metal is in the inner wall of the tube, the difficulties of welding and inspection of the clad metal are increased. In addition, one set of the stacked heat exchangers has two circumferential welds, its horizontality is uneasy to guarantee. In order to solve these difficult problems, the following measures are taken: a layer of Ni alloy is welded depositionally at the bevel of the clad metal in the manufacture factory, and then the groove formed of two Ni alloy layer bevels is welded in -situ, thus the in -situ welding difficulty is greatly reduced, which ensures the welding quality and meets the process requirements.2013,2(2): 63-66 收稿日期:2012-3-11DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.02.019分类号:TQ051.5作者简介:吴俊(1978-),男,云南昭通人,工程师,2002 年毕业于西安石油学院焊接工艺与设备专业,一直在石化工程建设中从事焊接管理工作。参考文献:
