PSA制氮系统氧含量高报的原因分析及改进措施

- 针对江苏LNG接收站PSA制氮系统频繁出现氧含量高报的问题,对影响PSA制氮系统运行稳定性的因素和发生氧含量高报时的运行数据进行分析,确认了频繁出现氧含量高报的主要原因:PSA制氮系统上下游气体压力波动,微热再生干燥机切换以及工艺操作不当等。从工艺操作和系统改造两个方面提出并采取相应的改进措施,保证了江苏LNG接收站PSA制氮系统的平稳运行。
At present, the high oxygen content problem in the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen system in Jiangsu LNG Receiving Terminal occurs frequently. By analyzing the factors which affect stability of the PSA nitrogen system and the operating data, it is confirmed that the changing of upstream and downstream pressures of the PSA nitrogen system and the switching of the tepid regenerative air/gas dryers as well as the improper process operation are the main reasons for the problem.
