- 为满足长庆油田数字化无人值守井场加热集输需求,利用真空超导相变及自动控制技术,研制了一种井口真空超导远程自控加热炉。它采用卧式一体化橇装结构,具有体积小、热效率高、升温快、无水垢无腐蚀、寿命长等特点,并采用全自动燃烧器及控制系统,实现了在无人值守条件下长期平稳安全可靠运行及远程控制。
In order to meet the demands for heating, gathering and transportation at the digital nonattended wellsites in Chanqing Oilfield, a kind of wellhead vacuum superconducting heater with remote control function is developed, which applies vacuum superconducting phase change and automatic control techniques. And it adopts the horizontal and integrative skid-mounted structure having the characteristics of small size, high thermal efficiency, rapid temperature rise, no scale and corrosion, long life and so on.
