- 根据姬塬特低渗透油藏特性与开发形势,对目前油田开发建设中面临的问题予以归纳分析。在坚持低成本战略不动摇的前提下,力求集输工艺优化、布站方式简化,提高资源综合利用程度,实现地面建设向集约化方向发展,达到特低渗透油藏效益开发的目的。以姬塬国家示范区的建设为平台,通过技术攻关、管理创新,打造姬塬特低渗透油藏地面建设新模式,将姬塬油田建设成为技术领先、管理现代、绿色和谐、持续发展的国家级示范基地,从而推动全油田的地面工艺创新发展,进而为我国同类油气藏的地面工程建设起到示范引领作用。
According to extra-low permeability oil reservoir characteristics and development situation in Jiyuan Oilfield, the current problems in the oilfield development are analyzed. Insisting on the premise of low cost strategy and striving to realize gathering process optimization, simplify station layout pattern, improve comprehensive utilization of resources and realize intensification of ground construction, the aim of benefited development of extra-low permeability oil reservoir will be reached. By means of the construction platform of Jiyuan Nationally Designated Eco-demonstration Region, a new pattern of ground construction for Jiyuan extra-low permeability oil reservoir is made through technical improvement and management innovation to further build Jiyuan Oilfield into the national demonstration base with leading technology, modern management, green harmony and sustainable development.
