关于换热器螺栓拧紧力矩计算方法的商榷

摘要:: 通过具体算例对法兰螺栓拧紧力矩几种现有算法进行了对比，讨论了计算公式中的不足之处。结合换热器螺栓拧紧操作的实践经验，提出了一种简便解决办法，实践表明该算法比较适用，文章给出了应用螺栓拧紧计算和操作方法的建议。
Several current algorithms of flange bolt tightening torque are compared through a concrete calculation example, the deficiencies of the formulas are discussed. On the basis of practical experience from bolt tightening operation for heat exchangers, a simple and easy approach to deal with the bolt tightening torque calculation is proposed. The practice shows this approach is applicable. Some suggestions on the calculation and operational control methods of bolt tightening torque are given in this paper.
