发挥设计在总承包项目中的主导作用

摘要:: 设计工作在油库类工程总承包中起到关键作用，文章深入分析了在总承包项目中以设计为主导的优势，着重介绍了加强设计主导作用的措施，如做好项目总体策划，以实现建设过程的深度交叉；发挥设计在采购中的技术和资源优势；推行标准化设计和三维设计。
Based on the key role played by design work in the general contract of oil deport projects, the predominance of design in project general contract is analyzed in detail and the emphasis is put on the measures of enhancing the leading role of design, which include making overall planning to implement deep cross construction, giving full play to design in procurement, promoting standardization design and 3D design, and so on.
