- 文章分析了国际金融危机对宏观区域、行业以及海外工程承包企业的影响，表明越是与西方市场以及西方金融体系联系紧密的部门受到的影响越明显；同时也指出了此次危机所蕴含的机遇，提出中国对外承包企业借机改善业务结构、提升整体竞争力的途径和应采取的措施。
This paper analyzes the effects of international financial crisis on the macroregion, the con tracting sector and the Chinese overseas project enterprises, and shows that the effects are more obvious for the organizations having close relations with the market and financial system of western countries.
