- 针对近年来油气管道盗油、盗气案件频发,但目前缺乏成熟有效的检测技术手段的问题,提出了一套综合利用交流电位梯度检测技术、瞬变电磁检测技术和金属磁记忆检测技术,通过检测管道外防腐层破损点、管体壁厚异常以及应力集中异常来间接判别埋地管道隐藏盗油点的方法,并举例说明了该方法的应用情况,实践证明是有效的。
The oil and gas stealing cases occur frequently in recent years, but mature and effective detection technology to solve such cases is deficient. Therefore, the comprehensive detection technique that combining alternating current voltage gradient (ACVG), transient electromagnetic method (TEM) and metal magnetic memory (MMM) is proposed, which can indirectly distinguish the hidden oil stealing positions of buried pipelines by detecting damaged points of external coating, anomaly of wall thickness and stress concentration.
