- 自动焊设备焊接施工速度快、效率高,操作简单,可大大降低焊工的劳动强度,但现有的自动焊技术用于管道施工中常出现焊缝未熔合缺陷,严重影响了施工质量。而单弧双丝焊技术焊接速度高、熔深熔宽大,能有效地减少焊缝未熔合缺陷。通过将TANDEM单弧双丝焊技术与现有自动焊系统进行技术融合,研制出新型的管道全位置自动焊机。文章介绍了该焊机的系统组成、全数字控制系统以及焊接工艺研究。试验结果表明,此焊机能有效解决焊接过程中未熔合等技术问题,大大提高管道全位置自动焊接的效率和质量。
Automatic welding equipment has the advantages such as high welding speed, high efficiency and easy operation, thus it greatly reduces labor intensity. But application of existing automatic welding technology in pipeline construction often appears incomplete fusion defects in welds that seriously affect welding quality. Single-arc dual-wire welding technology has high welding speed, big melting depth and width, and can effectively reduce incomplete fusion defects. By technical integration of the TANDEM single-arc dualwire welding technique and the existing automatic welding system, a new type of pipeline all-position welding machine is developed through the research on system composition, whole digital control system and welding process.
