- 为提高储罐环缝自动焊效率,提升我国大型储罐建设施工水平,开展了双电源单熔池纵列双丝埋弧横焊技术的研究,开发了适用于大型立式圆筒形钢制储罐环缝自动焊的双丝埋弧横焊设备及配套工艺。工程应用表明,双丝埋弧横焊技术的应用可显著提高大型储罐环缝自动焊效率,环缝焊接金属熔敷速度提高50%以上,对现有的储罐单丝埋弧横焊设备及工艺有良好的兼容性,便于推广应用,具有良好的实用性。
To improve the welding efficiency of girth welds and the domestic construction level of large storage tanks, the dual-wire submerged welding technology applied to horizontal position welding is studied, which is based on the technology of longitudinal dual-wire submerged double-arc welding with dual power u nits and single molten pool. The study includes the dual-wire submerged arc horizontal welding equipment and supporting process suitable for automatic girth welding of large vertical cylindrical steel storage tanks. The engineering application shows that the technology improves significantly the automatic girth welding efficiency of large tank, increases the metal deposition speed by greater than 50%, and has good compatibility with existing equipment and process of single-wire submerged arc horizontal welding for tanks.
