- 川气东送管道黄石段长江隧道采用德制AVN2440DS泥水平衡式盾构掘进机,在岩石层掘进过程中发生机体被卡事故。文章分析了该掘进机灵敏度系数过大对掘进施工的不利影响,提出了调整浆液性能、加强掘进控向、及时检查更换刀盘、减少停机时间等措施,使掘进机被卡问题得到解决。
The AVN2440DS mud-water balanced shield tunnelling machine made in Germany was adopted for Changjiang tunnel project in Huangshi section of Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline, but it was stuck in rock layer during tunnelling. This paper analyzes the disadvantageous effect of the excessive sensitivity factor of the machine on excavation construction, brings forward the countermeasures such as adjusting mud properties, enhancing excavation direction control, checking and replacing cutter head betimes, shortening machine stop time, which solve the shield tunnelling machine stuck problem.2013,1(1): 31-32 收稿日期:2011-12-10DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.01.009作者简介:李胜新(1957-),男,江苏海门人,高级工程师,2005年毕业于武汉理工大学机电一体化专业,硕士,现从事盾构施工技术研究和工程管理工作。参考文献:
