- 首先分析了管道防腐涂敷工艺中引进化学预处理工艺的必要性,其次介绍了3种钢管表面化学预处理工艺的原理及工艺流程。磷酸洗工艺能明显提高钢管表面清洁程度,改善涂层性能;铬酸盐钝化工艺能将抛丸除锈或酸洗后钢管表面由不稳定的化学状态转变为化学成分均一稳定的状态;由于环保方面的原因,硅烷化学处理有替代铬酸盐钝化工艺的趋势,试验证明了该工艺的有效性。
Firstly, the necessity of applying chemical pretreatment process in pipeline anticorrosion coating process is analyzed. Secondly, the mechanisms and process flows of three kinds of pipe surface chemical pretreatment processes are introduced. Among them the phosphoric acid washing process can effectively improve pipe surface cleanliness and coating performance; the chromate passivation process can turn the unstable chemical state of the pipe surface treated by blast cleaning or phosphoric acid washing into the stable chemical state with uniform chemical composition; the silane chemical treatment is likely to replace the chromate passivation process for its environment-friendly property and the industrial tests have showed its effectiveness.2013,1(1): 6-8 收稿日期:2012-5-10DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.01.002作者简介:相政乐(1980-),男,山西运城人,工程师,2006年4月毕业于天津大学,硕士,现从事海洋管道防腐、保温及配重技术研究工作。参考文献:
