埕港管道工程中应用的光缆套管与油管道捆绑式拖管技术

- 在进行埕港管道定向钻穿越施工时运用了捆绑式拖管技术,即在光缆套管中穿入一根钢丝,然后将光缆套管与油管道捆绑在一起进行回拖,回拖完成以后用钢丝将光缆拉过。实践证明,该技术具有节省投资、缩短工期、安全可靠、风险小的优点,值得在大型穿越、地质条件复杂、地方阻工事件频繁、工期和投资要求紧张的工程中应用推广。文章着重介绍了捆绑式拖管技术的工法、要求及其优势。
The procedure of the binding pipeline pullback operation in directional drilling construction of Chenggang Pipeline Project is as follows: first to thread a steel wire through the optical fiber cable tube, then to bind the tube and the oil pipeline, finally to pull the optical fiber cable using the steel wire after completion of the binding pipeline pullback operation. The practice proves that the technique has the advantages such as saving cost, shortening construction period, safety, reliability and low risk, and deserves extend applications for the projects with large scale pipeline crossing, complex geological conditions, frequent construction obstructed events by local people and authority, or intense request for project period and investment.
