- 文章介绍了一款适用于各种管径的、便于施工现场使用的管道弯头自动切割机的研究成果。利用立体几何的原理建立起弯头斜截管斜口切割的数学模型,并用MATLAB进行了数学仿真,验证了模型的正确性。将数学模型转为ThinkPipe硬件可识别的内置程序,使ThinkPipe具有自动切割弯头斜口的功能。试验证明,内置了弯头斜口切割程序的ThinkPipe不单可以在不放样画线的情况下一次切割出高质量的斜口,而且操作简单,非常适合管道施工过程中使用。
The research achievement of an automatic pipe elbow cutter suitable for various pipe diameters and field applications is introduced in this paper. The mathematical model for pipe elbow oblique section cutting is built based on the solid geometry principle, and it's proved valid by mathematical simulation with MATLAB. The mathematical model is converted to a program which can be identified by the hardware ThinkPipe, so that ThinkPipe has the function of automatically cutting elbow section.
