- 长庆油田是典型的低渗透油田,注水系统用电量占油田总用电量的30%,为油田能耗大户。文章针对这种情况,分析了长庆油田老油区注水效率低、能耗较高的影响因素和主要原因,并以安塞油田为例,制订了系统的调整改造方案,通过注水站的改造、局部井口增压、注水管道优化等方案的实施,提高了注水系统效率,使注水系统单耗平均值降低至5.29kW.H/m3。
Changqing Oilfield is a typical low permeability oilfield. The electric power consumption of its water injection system is 30% of the total power consumption of the oilfield, so the water injection system is a big energy consumer. In this paper, the factors causing low water injection efficiency and high energy consumption in Changqing Oilfield old blocks are analyzed, and by taking Ansai Oilfield for example, the system reformation scheme is drawn and put into implementation. The measures including water injection station alteration, wellhead pressure boosting in partial wellheads and injection pipeline optimization increase the efficiency of the water injection system, which reduces the average unit energy consumption to 5.29 kW·h/m3.2012,6(6): 88-90 收稿日期:2011-12-11作者简介:王瑞英(1981-),女,山东菏泽人,工程师,2006年毕业于西南石油大学,现从事石油地面工程建设设计工作。参考文献:
