- 利用稠油污水处理后的净化水回用蒸汽锅炉在新疆油田是首次,由于其水质与地表水有较大的差异,因此净化水回用蒸汽锅炉是否会引起结垢与腐蚀是问题的关键,为此开展了一系列的跟踪研究。文章从净化水回用蒸汽锅炉的前期试验跟踪、垢的成分分析、水质分析、炉管腐蚀与结垢状况等方面论述了跟踪研究结果。
It is the first time to make use of purified heavy oil wastewater in the steam boiler in Xinjiang Oilfield. As the purified water quality is quite different from the surface water, there are a lot of ions such as Cl-, SiO2, CO32-and HCO3- in the purified water. Whether these ions will cause scale buildup and corrosion in the steam boiler or not is a vital problem. Therefore a series of tracing studies is conducted.
