- 文章介绍了一种稠油结蜡井无动力连续加药装置。该装置通过呼吸管平衡装置使井筒内压力与容器内压力平衡,利用药液高度落差和自身重量产生压力,使药液顺利流入套管内。解决了原来人工定期加药方法一次性加药不能连续发挥药效、路况差的油井和偏远井加药质量得不到保证、工人劳动强度大等的问题,是稠油结蜡油井实现连续平稳加药的理想装置。
A continuous chemical feeding device without power driving for paraffin troubled heavy oil well is developed. This device keeps the balance between wellbore pressure and vessel pressure by means of a breath tube equalizer, and utilizes the height fall and self weight of the chemical liquid to produce pressure and drive the chemical liquid to flow into casing. This device solves the problems such as incontinuous chemical efficacy by original regular feeding, uncertain chemical feeding quality for remote wells or wells with bad accessible roads and high labor intensity, so that it is an ideal device to realize continuous chemical feeding for paraffin troubled heavy oil wells.2012,6(6): 84-85 收稿日期:2011-12-26作者简介:罗琴(1969-),女,山东东营人,采油高级技师,2004年毕业于石油大学(华东)石油工程专业,现从事石油机械的研究与应用工作。
