- 中海油现役单点系泊式FPSO共有16艘，关于该类设施的管理和技术，目前国内外规范仅涉及系泊系统的初始设计分析，没有提供针对设备的详细设计和整个系泊系统生命周期的运维管理和操作指南等文件。文章详细分析这些实际存在的状况，提出并论述了系泊系统完整性管理应遵循的管理环及技术环，介绍了管理环及技术环各阶段需考虑的要点，阐述了完整性分析在内转塔系泊系统中的运用，给出了完整性管理要点及其与故障的对应关系，供管理者和操作者参考。
CNOOC has 16 SPM type FPSOs on active duty. The foreign and domestic standards regarding their management and technology only describe the preliminary design analysis of the mooring system, and do not provide the documents of detailed equipment design and operation, maintenance management and the operational guide for integral mooring system lifecycle.
