- 脱碳塔设备直径较大，运输困难，采用分段预制、运输、现场安装的方案可减少现场安装工作量，提高压力容器的制造安装质量。文章结合工程实例，从预制深度、绘制排板图、筒体预制、变径段制造、椭圆封头制造、热处理、焊接、无损检测等介绍了该设备的制造过程。
Decarbonizing tower has a big diameter and its transportation is difficult. The construction scheme of segmented pre-manufacture and transportation then site assembly can reduce site installation workload and raise manufacture and installation quality.
