环氧粉末防腐涂层厚度、温度与性能关系的试验研究

- 日照—仪征原油管道外防腐层主要采用加强级熔结环氧粉末,为了更好地控制该工程环氧粉末的施工参数,研究了环氧粉末涂层厚度、固化温度与涂层性能的关系。研究结果表明,熔结环氧粉末涂料涂敷厚度在550μm左右、温度在210℃左右时性能最好。该研究结果的工程应用表明,日照—仪征原油管道全线防腐层破损点984个(线路总长390km),平均每千米仅为2.6个,控制效果良好。
The external anticorrosion layer of Rizhao-Yizheng Crude Oil Pipeline mainly consists of fusion bonded epoxy power coating. In order to better control the construction parameters of the epoxy powder, the test research is carried out to clarify the relationship among thickness, temperature and performance of the epoxy powder coating. The results indicate that the performance of the coating with the thickness of about 550 μm and the temperature at 210℃ is best. The engineering application based on the research results shows that Rizhao-Yizheng Crude Oil Pipeline has the defect points of 2.6 per kilometer in average (total 984 defect points in 390 km long pipeline) in anticorrosion layer.
