- 检测发现BZ34-1油田至友谊号FPSO的原油管道存在多处腐蚀深度超过管道壁厚50%的缺陷,其中最大腐蚀深度达到了管道壁厚的85%,需要进行剩余强度和剩余寿命的评价。依据四种规范(ABS、API、B31G、DNV),完成了对BZ34-1油田管道的剩余强度的评价,并运用有限元方法进行了验证;对项目中采用的机械管卡修复后效果亦采用有限元方法进行了详细的分析及评价。
It is found by inspections that the oil pipeline between BZ 34-1 Oilfield and Friendship FPSO exists defects with the corroded depth more than 50% wall thickness (the maximum is 85%) at different positions. So evaluating the residual strength and remaining life of the pipeline is necessary. Four codes, i.e. ABS, API, B31G and DNV, are applied to realize the residual strength evaluation of the pipeline, and the finite element method is used for validation.
