- 为确保全容式LNG储罐混凝土外罐的造价经济、受力合理,有必要对混凝土外罐施加预应力。从工程设计的角度出发,以全容式LNG储罐混凝土外罐的受力特性为基础,对混凝土外罐预应力方案的计算要点进行了较全面的分析和总结,提出了简单易行的计算解决方案,并以16万m3LNG储罐为例,给出了详细的计算过程,实践证明提出的计算方案是正确的。
It is necessary to impose prestress to the concrete outer tank of a full-containment LNG storage tank in order to ensure the tank safety and low cost. From the viewpoint of engineering design and based on the property of the outer tank of a full-containment LNG storage tank under major loads, the key points of calculating prestress of the concrete outer tank are fully analyzed and summarized. Simple and easy methods of calculating prestress of the concrete outer tank are presented.
