- 流花11-1油田内转塔单点深水浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)遭到超强台风"珍珠"的袭击,3根软立管全部断裂,单点10条锚系中的7条断开。文章从内转塔单点系泊系统、锚链的预布、FPSO拖航前的准备工作、FPSO拖航、现场就位、锚链的打捞与连接、FPSO的安全系泊等论述了流花11-1油田FPSO的复产作业过程。
Internal turret SPM type FPSO suffered from the extremely strong typhoon Pearl, there 3 flexible raisers and 7 mooring cables were broken.
