- 火驱采油技术是一项热效率较高、节能效益明显、生产成本较低的采油技术,与其他开发方式相比,采收率可达50%~70%,具有广阔的应用前景。新疆油田在红浅1井区老区开展了直井火驱先导试验,取得了初步效果。文章从国内外稠油开发技术、火驱采油的关键技术、新疆油田红浅1井区火驱先导试验地面工艺技术、地面系统运行情况、取得的认识等方面对该先导试验展开了论述。
Fire flooding is a kind of oil recovery technology with the advantages of higher thermal efficiency,evident energy saving and low production cost.Compared with other oil recovery modes,its recovery ratio can reach 50%~70%,hence the technology has a wide application prospect.Xinjiang Oilfield has conducted the fire flooding pilot test for vertical wells in Hongqian No.1 old well-site and gained primary results.This paper discusses the heavy oil recovery technology at home and abroad,key techniques of fire flooding,the status of ground process technology and ground system operation of the fire flooding pilot test in Hongqian No.1 well-site,and the obtained knowledge as well.2012,6(6): 4-8 收稿日期:2011-9-22作者简介:孙国成(1962-),男,辽宁绥中人,高级工程师,1986 年毕业于华中工学院,从事热工、暖通设计工作。参考文献:
