- 中国石油天然气管道局第一工程分公司在西气东输二线17标段渭河定向钻连续双向对穿连头作业坑开挖施工中,采用了基坑支护方法施工,基坑-12.0m以上采用退台放坡结合土钉墙方案;-12.0 m以下采用钢板桩加钢管内支撑方案,坑底采用水泥土旋喷桩封底,并在坑内坑外均设置降水井。文章介绍了施工作业流程和关键环节的施工措施。渭河穿越连头基坑采用井点降水、基坑分层开挖、基坑支护、旋喷桩止水等措施,解决了在河道内开挖19m深坑连头存在的诸多施工和社会问题,这种工艺具有明显的安全、节约、环保优势,攻克了大型河流定向钻多次对穿中间连头的施工难题,为以后类似工程积累了施工经验。
China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau First Engineering Co.adopted the way of foundation pit supporting for intermediate connection of Weihe River crossing with bidirectional directional drilling in 17th bidding section of Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project.The scheme of terrace-backwards and slope setting combined with soil nailing wall was used from ground surface to -12.0 m depth,the scheme of steel sheet piles adding steel tube interior supports was used below - 12.0 m,the pit bottom used jet grouting piles to cover,and the drainage wells were set both inside and outside pits.This paper introduces the procedure of construction operation and the construction measures for key links.Well-points drainage,layered excavation,foundation supporting,jet grouting piles for water retaining and other measures were taken in foundation pit construction of Weihe crossing project,which solved many construction and social problems in excavating 19 m deep pits in river channel.This technique has many advantages such as safety,economy,environmental protection.It has been successfully applied to solve the difficulty in intermediate connection of large river crossing with bidirectional directional drilling for several times and provides construction experience for similar projects.2012,05(05): 81-85 收稿日期：2011-10-15分类号：TU753作者简介：梁国俭（1968-），男，辽宁锦州人，工程师，毕业于中国石油大学，现从事油气管道工程技术管理工作。参考文献：
