- 近年来,随着中国石油天然气集团公司工程建设规模不断增长,影响工程质量的因素越来越多,工程质量监管的难度越来越大。文章分析了我国工程质量监督体系的基本情况,指出石油工程质量监督面临的形势和问题,提出加强工程质量监督工作的建议。工程质量监督必须正确处理质量与速度、质量与效益的关系,转变监督方式,提高监管效能,加强协同监督,才能履行好监督职责。
Engineering quality supervision is a statutory system in domestic capital construction management and an important component of construction engineering quality assurance system.After many years'petroleum engineering quality supervision development,a specialized supervision team has formed and played a more and more important role in engineering quality supervision management.With the increasing engineering construction scale in recent years,factors affecting engineering quality get more complex and supervision difficulties are correspondingly becoming more.Facing new challenges,engineering quality supervision must alter its concept and idea,innovate working mechanism and raise supervision effect,so that the supervision responsibility will well be performed and construction engineering quality will continually be improved.2012,05(05): 73-74 收稿日期：2012-8-16分类号：TE4;F426.22作者简介：周宇（1963-），男，北京人，高级工程师，1984年毕业于天津大学电力系统及其自动化专业，现从事工程质量监督管理工作。
