- 介绍了石油工程建设大中型项目广泛实施的"三查四定"的施工原则和实施过程中出现的主要问题,对产生问题的原因进行了理论分析,并提出合理建议,包括实施EPC一体化、加强设计人员培训和质量进度控制。
