- 在埋地金属管道检测中,非开挖状态下如何检测应力集中区是一个亟需解决的问题。金属磁记忆技术可以检测地磁场作用下的埋地金属管道应力集中区,通过分析检测到的管道表面磁场法向分量及其梯度值可确定应力集中区位置。利用TSC-4M金属磁记忆检测仪分别对位于小区占压、林地和穿跨越区域的埋地管道进行了应力检测,管道应力集中区检测结果与开挖验证结果相符。检测结果表明,金属磁记忆检测技术可以在非开挖状态下进行埋地金属管道应力集中区检测,能够对管道进行早期诊断,检测结果准确可靠。
How to detect the stress concentration zone in a buried metal pipeline is a problem to be solved urgently.The metal magnetic memory (MMM) technique can detect the stress concentration zone in a buried pipeline under the action of earth magnetic field.The stress detections using TSC-4M metal magnetic memory detector for the buried pipeline sections passing through pressed pipeline area,woods and pipeline crossing area were carried out respectively.The excavation verifications for stress concentration zones were compliant with the detected results.The results show that the MMM technique can detect the stress concentration zone in buried metal pipeline under non-excavation condition and is able to conduct early diagnosis for metal pipeline with accurate and reliable results.2012,05(05): 54-57 收稿日期:2011-8-15分类号:TE973.6作者简介:杨勇(1978-),男,山东夏津人,2009年毕业于中国石油大学(北京) 地质资源与地质工程专业,现从事管道腐蚀检测评价工作。参考文献:
