- 采用金属磁记忆方法对管道缺陷进行精确测定,是当前无损检测领域的研究热点和难点。文章介绍了磁记忆检测的优势和原理,分析了采用磁记忆仪检测油气管道缺陷的结果,并对磁记忆检测的影响因素进行了研究。检测试验结果表明,磁记忆检测仪能比较准确地定位管道缺陷;提离对金属磁记忆检测的影响比较明显,随着提离值的增加,磁场信号越来越弱;扫描速度对检测信号影响较小;不同的检测姿态对磁记忆检测信号特征值的影响效应存在较大差异,这对磁记忆检测信号特征量的提取极为不利,建议开发三维探头进行检测。
Applying the metal magnetic memory (MMM) method to accurately inspect pipeline defects is a hotspot and a difficult point in current nondestructive testing research.In this paper,the dominance and principle of MMM inspection method is introduced,the inspection data of oil-gas pipeline defects obtained from the MMM instrument and the factors affecting MMM inspection are analyzed.The experimental results show that the MMM instrument can locate pipeline defects with better accuracy;probe lift-off has an evident effect on MMM inspection and the magnetic field signals become weaker with the increase of probe lift-off;scanning speed has less effect on inspection signals;bigger discrepancy exists among eigenvalues of MMM inspection signals from probe at different poses which affects the pick-up of eigenvalues of MMM inspection signals.It is suggested that the 3D probe should be developed for better MMM inspection.2012,05(05): 51-54 收稿日期:2011-8-29分类号:TE973.6作者简介:罗顺友(1974-),男,河南郑州人,工程师,1998年毕业于西南石油学院,主要从事石油地面工程施工及管理工作。参考文献:
