- 针对目前3PE管道补口出现的问题,介绍了一种新型的管道补口施工作业方式,即热收缩带中频加热补口施工技术。中频加热补口试验结果表明,管道补口各项性能指标均能达到相关标准的技术要求,热效率高,可保证热收缩带冬季补口的质量,提高施工效率。该技术可解决手工火焰烘烤不均匀、火焰烘烤二次污染以及冬季施工作业困难等问题。
For solving the problem existing in field joint of 3PE pipeline at present,a new field joint construction technique,i.e.applying heat shrinkable tapes by intermediate frequency heating,is tested.The results show that the various specifications of the field joint reach the technical requirements of relevant standard.The field joint quality and construction efficiency are discussed.This technique can solve the problems such as nonuniformity induced by manual firing,secondary contamination induced by flame firing and difficulty in winter construction.2012,05(05): 49-50 收稿日期:2011-8-3分类号:TE973.8基金项目:中国石油天然气管道局科技开发项目“热收缩带补口施工装备及配套技术研究”(2010)作者简介:叶春艳(1977-),女,满族,河北唐山人,工程师,2004年毕业于西安石油大学材料加工工程专业,硕士,现主要从事油气管道腐蚀与防护研究。参考文献:
