- 针对硬质聚氨酯材料用于海底单层保温管道在保温性能上暴露出的不足之处,对硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料的导热性能进行试验研究,以确定在各种工况下保温材料的相关参数。文章从聚氨酯泡沫材料的基本性能、闭孔率和吸水率对导热系数的影响、外界压力对闭孔率影响等方面进行了试验研究,取得了相应的检测数据,为今后在不同工况下确定保温材料参数提供了参考。
To solve the shortages in thermal isolation property of rigid polyurethane applied in subsea pipeline with single thermal isolation layer,the tests for thermal conductivity of the rigid polyurethane foam material are conducted under different working conditions.The tests include its basic properties,the effects of closed cell rate and water absorption rate on thermal conductivity,and also the effects of external pressure on closed cell rate and the closed cell rate on water absorption.The test data offer some references for later application of the thermal insulation material in different working conditions.2012,05(05): 46-48 收稿日期:2011-12-15分类号:TQ328.3作者简介:张晓灵(1972-),男,河北万全人,高级工程师,1994年毕业于西安交通大学化学工程专业,现从事海洋管道工程相关技术研究。
