- 3PE防腐管道的现场补口质量是影响埋地管道整体防腐质量的重要环节,聚乙烯层与各种通用胶粘剂的粘接强度相对较弱,造成很多常用补口材料在3PE防腐管道上补口失效,因此,改善聚乙烯的表面性能是提高3PE防腐管道现场补口效果的重要途径。文章介绍了三种PE表面处理方法及无溶剂液体环氧涂料补口的试验情况。结果表明,三种表面处理方法及无溶剂液体环氧涂料补口技术很好地解决了补口涂层与PE材料的粘结问题,具有施工方便、施工效率高、防腐效果好的特点。
Field joint quality of 3PE anticorrosion pipeline is a key factor affecting integral anticorrosion quality of the buried pipeline.The bonding strength between polythene layer and kinds of common adhesives is relatively small and it causes field joint failures as using some common materials for the joint of 3PE anticorrosion pipeline.Hence meliorating polythene surface performance is an important way to improve field joint effect.Three PE surface treatment methods (flame firing treatment,plasma treatment and special gas polarizing treatment) and solvent-free liquid epoxy coating for field joint are tested and the results show that they solve the bonding problem between the field joint coating and the PE material very well,and have the advantages of high construction efficiency and good anticorrosion effect.2012,05(05): 43-45 收稿日期:2011-10-13分类号:TE988.2作者简介:陈守平(1959-),男,辽宁凤城人,高级工程师,1982年毕业于东北农学院,长期从事油田管道防腐保温工程研究工作。参考文献:
