岔河集油田地面注水系统整体改造技术

- 针对岔河集油田地面注水系统暴露出的效率低、能耗高、水质不稳定等问题,对全油田注水系统进行了调整改造,主要包括管网优化调整、选用高效注水设备、完善污水处理工艺等措施,改造后取得了如下成效:管网压力损失从3.1MPa下降到0.6 MPa,管网效率由46.2%上升到66.47%,地面注水系统效率由38.3%提高到55.96%,恒流配水技术实现了注水量随压力变化在线自动调节,降低了员工的劳动强度,消除了安全隐患。
The water injection system of Chaheji Oilfield has been adjusted against problems such as low efficiency,high energy consumption and unstable water quality.The main adjustments include optimizing the manifold,selecting high efficiency water injecting equipment,improving wastewater disposal process and so on.After the reformation,the pipenet pressure loss decreases from 3.1 MPa to 0.6 MPa,the pipenet efficiency increases from 46.2% to 66.47%,the surface water injection system efficiency increases from 38.3% to 55.96%,the constant-current water distribution technique realizes on-line automatic regulation of water injection volume according to water pressure so as to reduce labor intensity and eliminate hidden safety trouble.The reformation plays an important role in energy saving and consumption reducing and benefit boosting.2012,05(05): 36-38 收稿日期:2012-1-25分类号:TE357.6作者简介:耿玉广(1960-),男,山东青州人,高级工程师,2006年毕业于中国石油勘探开发研究院,获油气田开发工程博士学位,现从事油气开发工程技术研究及管理工作。参考文献:
