- 通过中国石油工程建设公司苏丹分公司近年来应对多起重大突发事件的社会安全风险管理实践, 从安防组织机构、应急管理体系、情报搜集预警和信息资源共享、日常基础工作、项目"三防"(物防、人防、技防)建设以及当地化和国际化等方面对石油工程项目的社会安全风险管理进行了总结, 并提出了有关建议。
This article discusses the practice of the social security risk management by China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Corporation Sudan Branch in dealing with major emergency events in recent years, summarizes the social security risk management from security management organization, emergency management system, information gathering and warning, information resources sharing, daily basic work, project construction according to “materials, personnel and techniques safety”, as well as the localization, internationalization and other aspects of petroleum engineering projects, and puts forward suggestions for reference.2012,04(04): 76-78 收稿日期：2012-3-31分类号：TE48作者简介：耿红杰(1970-),男,河南汝州人,工程师,1992年毕业于中国石油大学(华东),现从事海外石油工程项目社会安全与HSE管理工作.参考文献：
