- 近几年来, EPC总承包模式在石油化工领域的应用发展十分迅速。新疆寰球工程公司陆续承接了一些EPC总承包项目, 经过几年的探索, 已建立起了一套适应EPC总承包项目运作的管理体系。文章就该公司构建项目协调手册, 提高项目协调管理效率和科学性方面的工作进行了探讨。
