- 在日趋激烈的市场竞争中, 加强企业基础管理, 提升核心竞争能力已成为大型工程建设企业实现科学持续发展的必由之路。文章以中石油天然气管道局加强企业基础管理的实践为例, 论述了如何利用ERP系统这一有效的信息化手段, 深化项目管理、设备管理、分包商管理, 提升基础管理水平的具体做法和取得的实效, 可为其他工程建设类企业利用信息化手段加强自身管理提供有益参考。
In fierce market competition, the only way that the big construction enterprise takes to realize scientific and sustainable development is to strengthen its foundational management and improve its core competitiveness.This article takes the example of strengthening foundational management by China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau to discuss the practice and results in utilizing the efficient informationization means—ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning） for deepening the management of projects, equipment and subcontractors to improve management level.It can be beneficial to other construction enterprises to enhance their management with informationization means.2012,04(04): 69-72 收稿日期：2012-5-15分类号：F426.22;TU71作者简介：张朝辉(1983-),男,陕西咸阳人,工程师,2006年毕业于西安石油大学自动化专业,现从事信息化管理工作,主要负责ERP系统建设、运行维护和深化应用的组织管理.参考文献：
