- 对苏丹油田站场钢管桩阴极保护系统存在的问题进行了分析, 并根据站场钢管桩阴极保护特点, 结合苏丹油田土壤状况对钢管桩阴极保护提出了改进意见, 包括阳极回路加装可调电阻、阳极焦炭包覆层采用透水性较好的非绝缘材料、将阳极埋地方式改为深井阳极地床、采用瞬间电位法判定阴极保护效果、对阳极进行灌水处理。改进后的钢管桩阴极保护效果良好。
The problems in the cathodic protection system for steel pipe piles in Sudan oilfield stations were analyzed and the improvement suggestions were put forward according to the features of station cathodic protection and based on the soil conditions of Sudan oilfield, which include adding adjustable electrical resistance in anode circuit, using non-insulation material with good permeability as the protective layer of anode coke, changing buried anode into deep well anode ground-bed, applying instantaneous electric potential method to judge cathodic protection effect and watering anode.The improved cathodic protection effect of steel pipe piles was good.2012,04(04): 60-62 收稿日期:2012-3-20分类号:TG174.41作者简介:袁振昆(1965-),男,天津人,高级工程师,美国防腐工程协会二级涂装检验师(NACECIPZ),国家注册监理工程师,1987年毕业于天津大学腐蚀与防护专业,现从事油田地面工程项目管理工作.参考文献:
