- 介绍了一种新型的补口材料PRI-SZCY热缩压敏带在西气东输一线、涩宁兰输气管道以及兰郑长成品油管道补口修复中的成功应用。对补口修复后防腐层的安装质量进行了检测与评价, 跟踪了管道运行半年后的热缩压敏带补口防腐层的性能, 发现其初始及埋设后的剥离强度均达到预定技术指标的要求, 防腐层性能稳定。
The PRI-SZCY heat shrinkable pressure-sensitive tapes as a kind of field joint material were successfully applied in the repairs of the West-East Gas Pipeline, Se-Ning-Lan Gas Pipeline and Lan-Zheng-Chang Product Pipeline.The installation quality of the repaired joint coatings was inspected and evaluated, then the performance of the heat shrinkable pressure-sensitive tapes was chased for half a year.It was found that the inertial and the buried peel strengths of the joint coatings reached the preset technical specifications and the joint coatings were stable.2012,04(04): 51-52 收稿日期：2012-1-1分类号：TE973基金项目：中国石油天然气管道局科技开发项目“新型热烤压敏补口材料研制”(2010-06-01)作者简介：叶春艳(1977－),女,满族,河北唐山人,工程师,2004年毕业于西安石油大学材料加工工程专业,硕士,主要从事油气管道腐蚀与防护研究.
