- 近来年, 大型外浮顶钢储罐越来越多地应用在大型油库中, 为满足工艺要求, 储存低凝高黏、高凝高黏等油品的储罐都需要进行保温, 储罐保温的关键是做好保温结构设计。文章在介绍了常规储罐外壁保温结构的基础上, 着重对大型外浮顶钢储罐保温结构进行了改进, 采用类似蜂巢的网格型保温结构。这种结构在满足工程质量要求的前提下, 提高了储罐的使用安全性, 简化了施工工序, 降低了工程造价, 并在实际工程应用中取得了明显效果。
In recent years, application of large external floating roof steel tanks in the major oil depots is becoming more and more common.In order to meet the process requirements, thermal insulation is required for many tanks that store low condensation point high viscosity oil or high condensation point high viscosity oil.The key matter to insulation is the design of insulation structure.This paper, based on conventional tank wall insulation, improves wall insulation structure of the large external floating roof steel tank by using grid type insulation structure similar to honeycomb.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of engineering quality, it improves the safety of the storage tank, simplifies the construction process, reduces project cost, and obtains apparent effect in the actual project application.2012,04(04): 47-50 收稿日期:2011-8-20分类号:TE972作者简介:易良英(1985-),女,重庆人,助理工程师,2007年毕业于中国石油大学(华东)化学工程与工艺专业,从事油气田地面工程勘察设计工作.参考文献:
