- 介绍了如何应用QC方法降低西气东输二线长江盾构工程中盾构施工的地表沉降问题, 通过现场调查, 制作了因果分析图和要因确认表, 从中得出盾构施工地表沉降的要因, 同时采取针对性改进措施, 收到了良好的效果。
