- 西气东输二线沙河穿越工程是国内首次在汛期以大开挖形式穿越国家一级饮用水源保护地的大口径高钢级(D1219mm、X80钢)双线管道。通过因地制宜, 创新采用连续深基坑、止水帷幕等一系列大开挖穿越施工工艺, 有效解决了汛期强渗水大型河流开挖穿越的施工难题, 从整体上提高了国内管道施工企业应对大型河流开挖穿越施工的能力, 为今后类似工程施工提供了范例。
The Shahe River crossing construction in the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project is the first pipeline crossing project carried out in flood period to cross the national first class drink water sources protection area using large excavation method, and the crossing project has a large pipe diameter (D1219mm), the high grade pipe steel X80 and dual pipelines.China Petroleum Pipeline No.2 Construction Company adopts the methods of continuous deep pits, waterproof curtains, etc.during local flood period, which are proved to be a good and effective solution to the construction.
